something i've been wanting to share for quite some time is a BEAUTIFUL bracelet a local jewelry artist, Enchanted Forest Designs, created for me.

This bracelet was created so that i could share with everyone their beautiful work. this is something mothers are going to absolutely LOVE after a portrait session!!!!

Each and every piece is handmade! the gorgeous pendant is completely handmade and looks sooooo amazing!

i decided to try out something new with these shots. i've added some texture. what do you think? i'm loving it! texture seems to be a new trend now in photography and it was a lot of fun creating it!!!!

Business Cards

as i mentioned, i actually accomplished a new year's resolution!!!

below you will find the two different business cards I ordered. i'm trying to pull together a style. the only way to do this is to feel it out and see what works best for me. i really want to pin point something that works and i'm happy with so i can move forward and use it in many different areas.

Snowball Fight!

SNOW!!!!!! Finally!

yeeee haw! we are getting SNOW! i was hoping we would get one big snow before spring hit. we are expecting 4-6 inches tonight!!

Slightly Different Tuesday

paige hasn't been feeling well, but i think she'll be heading out the door and going to school in the morning. today is a day of mending for her......she's starting to liven up and get around a bit and eat some food. thank goodness it doesn't seem to be the flu!!!

the last couple of days have been BEAUTIFUL! a quick glimpse of spring to come...i CANNOT wait! woo hoo!

unfortunately, i wasn't able to get out and shoot any during the nice weather. we had a lot going on instead that prevented a field trip day.....a day that is much needed. maybe when the nice weather is here to stay i can get out soon after and have some fun!
