Doorstep Surprise

i love coming home to treats at the doorstep.  a person i don't know personally, picked apples from our apple trees and left these wonderful looking apple treats for us to enjoy!  apple butter, apple jelly and apple slices. Yay!

Seasonal Veggie Recipe

we currently have tomatoes and zucchini coming out of our ears!  i found this great, simple and yummy looking recipe and knew it was a must try.  if you are looking for recipe ideas for your seasonal garden veggies definitely check out what martha stewart has to offer.

also, something i very excited about!  starting in the near future i will be hosting rock your camera workshops.  this is a workshop for clients of alysia lawrence photography to help further assist you with improving your photography skills at home with a hands on approach.  this is for point and shot or dslr camera owners.  this will be a free workshop for clients.  more details to follow.

fall sessions:

last, but most certainly not least, fall is a busy time for family portraiture.  if you are interested in booking a fall session, please be in contact* soon.  weekend dates fill up fast!  weekday, evening sessions will have to be scheduled closer to time to check for lighting availability.  you don't want to end up on a waiting list...you definitely want to pick your preferred date and time!

Green Grapes

every so often, usually with the change of the seasons, i'll take a stroll around the neighborhood to see how things are changing.  i found the green grapes below growing in our neighbor's garden.  aren't they too cute?!
