we are just getting back from our vacation in the smokies. we had a great time!
above, i've shared two pictures from our hike to grotto falls. i have a story behind this hike. lets just say this was not an easy hike, but i feel the waterfall and pictures i was able to capture made it well worth it. :0)
i'm in the process now of getting my many pictures downloaded from our trip. i will have more to share soon!

Oh my gosh Alysia. That first picture is AMAZING! It's so peaceful, it looks like you all had a blast! Great job, I can't wait to see the rest!
Thank you Taylor! I wish we could have stayed at Grotto Falls longer. The conditions were very poor for having a camera around so we had to get the shots and then book it back down the trail. I was hoping I walked away with something good! :0)
I recognized that waterfall as soon as I saw it! Grotto Falls is not an easy hike, but it is so worth it! That picture is breathtaking!!! GREAT JOB!!!!
Thank you Becky! Two storms came through the day before our hike which made the trail VERY muddy! A 1.2 mile hike in slippery messy mud is not easy. :0) It was an adventure though! :0)
I think I got to these of fb, but wanted to say again, I really thinks these are gorgeous photos.
Okay, in looking back, my spelling was a little off! I'll try to do better. : )
